The primary challenges are cost and weight. A glass unit that size would be significantly heavier which impacts shipping, durability and overall affordability. That said, we understand the appeal and are actively exploring options. At this time, the 7 cup pitcher is the largest filter we offer in glass. Thank you!
- How often do you need to discard thr water and put fresh water in?
- Hello, While there is no fixed daily requirement, we do suggest emptying and refilling if the water sits for more than 48 to 72 hours as to prevent water stagnation and microbial growth. Emptying and washing the dispenser every 1 to 2 weeks will also keep your filter running smoothly by preventing buildup and keep the taste consistent.
- What is the difference between the high- capacity and Thirsty Turkey dispensers?
- Hi there, The Thirsty Turkey was the 18 cup dispenser with a year supply of filters. The High Capacity is a 35 cup dispenser.
