How do I cancel my subscription and what is the cancellation policy?
To cancel your subscription, go to your account, click on your subscription and click "Cancel". There is no cancellation fee. Just be sure to do so 48 hours before your bi-monthly processing date. You will receive an email reminder that your subscription is coming up prior to being charged. If you cancel after being charged, the cancellation will apply to the next order period. How can I check my order or manage my subscription?
Manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account on LifeStraw.com.
When will my credit card be charged?
You can find your monthly charge date by logging into your account. You will also receive an email from LifeStraw 3 days prior to your monthly charge date. Be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contact list.
How do I change my billing information?
You can update your billing information by visiting the Account Settings page in your account. Simply scroll down to the Payment Methods section and edit as you need.
Will I be charged sales tax on my orders?
Depending on your ship-to zip code, you may be responsible for paying applicable state and city sales taxes on your LifeStraw orders. Our system will add the applicable taxes, if necessary.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order will ship within 2 business days of processing. Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your distance from our fulfillment center. Get the latest updates on your order when you sign up for SMS shipping notifications here.
Which products can I subscribe to?
We currently offer a subscription program for our LifeStraw Home activated carbon + ion exchange filters, but are continually looking for ways to offer additional programs. Stay tuned for future opportunities!
Can I skip an order?
No. In order to skip an order, you need to cancel your subscription and then re-activate it when you are ready to resume.
