- My question asked if we needed to buy both filters, or just exchange. Do we throw both away and replace both or just use the bottom short one?? Can't find any instructions on this.
- Hi Deborah! Both filters are needed for the pitcher. The carbon filter would need to be changed every two months and the ion exchange filter should be changed every year. The ion filter is not sold separately.
- The carbon filter on my play doesn't look like the carbon filter you show on the website. Mine came with an all black small capsule. I don't see that one on your website. What happens if I need to replace my carbon filter?
