"I have 4 pitchers from you and I bought this for the 35 cup one. I am dissappointed with this. The stand is fine, but the water does not totally drain like the others, so you have to tilt it and then empty the rest by taking it apart. The stand wasn't necessary for me or useful. Sorry. I love the other 3 pitchers, water bottle and straws. I have a lung disease and cleaning this isn't easy either. Thank you for keeping my water clean though."

"I really like the stand and can't imagine not having it for the dispenser. I wish it were an inch or two taller so a normal drinking glass could fit under the spout, but I'm sure the reason it's the height it is is to allow the entire filter and stand to fit under the typical cabinet height."

"We've gone through various water filters including Britta, water services (sparklettes) and Berkey systems. We did side by side taste tests and the Lifestraw is so much better. Shockingly better tasting. Would love the larger capacity in heavy duty glass instead of plastic but we're happy with the plastic for now."
