"You guys have a great employee there working customer service. I hope you know that?!?! Jonathan deserves a raise. He was professional, fast and a real and amazing person. That's not the case in todays world. Don't let him slip away. Whomever is his direct report should give him a high 5 and buy him lunch at minimum. That's after they tell everyone above them how great he is. I was certain that getting replacement parts for my Lifestraw Community was going to be difficult. I actually had anxiety about emailing Lifestraw. My fears and anxiety went away as soon as Jonathan put his fingers to his keyboard and did some magic. All I can say is that he made the process so easy, I didn't even realize I was done with 2 simple emails. That's exactly what happened though. Jonathan earned your company a customer for life. I have products for MANY other companies that do what yours claims to do. I know for a fact that they don't all back their products like you do.
