Return Policy
At LifeStraw, we strive to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer an easy return process within the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns
General Policy:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 45 days of delivery.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
Exclusions: Certain products and order types are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Discounted or Promotional Orders: Items purchased with a discount, promo code, or as part of a bundle may not be eligible for return.
- Final-Sale or Limited-Edition Products: These are clearly marked as non-returnable at checkout.
- High-Value Products ($300+): These products are not eligible for return. If your item is defective or damaged, please refer to our Warranty Policy
Free Return Shipping:
We provide free return shipping labels for eligible returns within the US lower 48. Please note that return shipping fees apply to orders returned from outside of the US lower 48 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and international destinations.
How to Initiate a Return
Start your return by visiting our Returns Portal or contacting our Customer Service team. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Processing Your Refund:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item to the original card on file. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions & Exchanges
For defective or damaged items, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange a replacement. We do not cover return shipping for non-eligible items.
If your product(s) were purchased from another authorized retailer, you would need to return the product to that same retailer.
Note: Original shipping charges and duty fees are non-refundable (if any). If a returned shipment was determined undeliverable by a carrier (e.g., the address provided was incorrect or the courier did not have access to the delivery address), the customer shall be responsible for the re-shipping costs of the returned product.
