While both filters use membrane microfiltration technology to filter bacteria, parasites, microplastics, sand and silt from dirty water, the Peak Solo will provide around 2,000L of clean drinking water and the Peak Straw provides around 4,000L of clean drinking water. The Peak Solo Water Filter is lighter and more compact at 5.1” high and weighs only 1.7 ounces, making it super portable. What does this mean?  This means it boasts an enhanced flow rate of 3L/min and an easy-grip design.

Does the Peak Solo Water Filter attach to water bottles?

Yes! The Peak Solo Water Filter will attach to most 28mm threaded water bottles

How do I know when it is time to replace my Peak Solo Water Filter?

LifeStraw Peak Solo Water Filter will no longer filter water when the product has reached the end of its working life. Inability to push water through the filter indicates that the product should be replaced.
