Lost Silicone Valve
"I accidentally lost the little valve down the drain while rinsing the lid. This was the 3rd time the tiny valve had fallen out on its own. The previous times it happened in my sink at home, where I have a strainer in the drain. This time it was in a hotel, so it was a gonner. Fortunately LifeStraw replaced the cap w/valve. I will have to remember to be very observant while rinsing and refilling from now on. Would have preferred to receive a few tiny silicone replacement valves but that was apparently not an option. Without the tiny valve the lid will leak if it tips over."

"I bought a Go bottle 2 years ago to travel around South America. During my trip I realized the cap was leaking but the bottle kept me from getting sick. Last month I came back and decided to look into a solution. The tiny silicone plug was missing so I contact customer service and the cap was replaced without for free. It took a little bit of time but it was worth the investment."

- When do will the replacement caps be back in stock? I dropped my water bottle and the mouthpiece broke off. I love this water bottle and want to use it again as soon as possible!

- Hi there! This bottle works with suction so we would not have an additional piece for what you are requesting.
- I have the light teal "big adventure" bottle, but the straw on the cap broke. Which replacement cap would be the correct match?
- If you're referring to one of the LifeStraw Go bottles, then all the bottles are the same size and therefore interchangeable. I recently bought a replacement cap, no issues. There was only one size to choose from so you should be safe with the one option available. If you choose any of the caps from this page: https://www.lifestraw.com/collections/replacement-filters-accessories-for-lifestraw-go-and-lifestraw-universal/products/lifestraw-go-spare-parts you should be fine. They are relatively cheap but shipping is likely more than the product, which always hurts a bit. Still, it's worth it. Good luck..
- Are there any other cap styles? I really want this bottle, but I hate straws like this. I prefer only flip/sip lids. Would it work to use another brand of lid on this bottle or would it interfere with the filtration?
- This would be the only version of the Go cap that we have at the moment. If you have the most current version of the Go bottle, the Universal cap and lid would also be compatible.
- Hi! Is the blue bottle the same fit for the Stage 1 and Stage 2 models of the Go? How do I know which model I have?
