"Lifestraw bottles are an excellent product that lasted well throughout our long and rigorous trip to Greece. We had no concerns about the water (when using the Lifestraw) no matter where we were. The customer service experience to replace the lid was also excellent. We've recommended the product already to friends."
"We experienced an issue with the first two caps we had and Lifestraw worked with us to resolve the issue. The replacement caps are working great!"
"Just needed a replacement because my old spout started growing mold. got to my house so quickly after placing order! if LifeStraw could just sell just the spout would be great too! maybe like a little pack of 4."
"I love the new replacement cap! I am so happy the company offers just the lid as an option! Especially in fun colors. My partner and I use these water bottles on the daily and take the straws with us on every camping trip or trip outside of the US. Thanks again!"
"Great replacement cap. Fits perfect on my water bottle."
"I lost the top lid to my bottle while traveling so was pleased to know I could get a replacement"
"Exactly what I needed"
"My wife and I both bought LifeStraw stainless steel bottles for our trip to Peru. I loss my cap on Machu Picchu. When I got home I sent a note to LifeStraw and a new cap arrived in Canada at my door 2 days after they received the note. That doesn’t happen every day. Love LifeStraw."
"All good with receiving items"
"I bought LifeStraw Go Series — Insulated Stainless Steel bottle. Unfortunately, when the bottle would tip onto it's side, the lid didn't seal properly and it would leak. I contacted LifeStraw and they sent a free replacement. I was cautiously optimistic because the leaking is a periodic consumer complaint. But with the new lid, I'm good to go!"
