LifeStraw Peak Series 3-in-1 Giveaway
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor. This giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Vestergaard Frandsen Inc. d/b/a LifeStraw, 333 West Ostend Street, Baltimore, MD 21230 (“Sponsor”). Overland Expo and its organizers are not sponsors of the Giveaway and are not responsible for it.
2. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are physically present at Overland Expo East 2026 at Oak Ridge Estate in Arrington, Virginia, during the Entry Period. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members and members of their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins on October 23, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and entries close on October 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, visit the LifeStraw booth at Overland Expo East 2026 and submit your email address using the entry form provided (by scanning the QR code with your own device or using a booth device). No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter. Limit one (1) entry per person. Opting in to receive marketing emails from Sponsor is optional and is not required to enter or win.
5. Prize. Five (5) prizes will be awarded: one (1) LifeStraw Peak Series 3-in-1 water bottle system. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $99.95 USD. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
7. Drawing and Prize Award (on-site). Five (5) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries at the LifeStraw booth on October 23-25 2026, at approximately 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday and Saturday and 2:00 p.m. on Sunday. The potential winner must be present at the LifeStraw booth to claim the prize. If the potential winner is not present at the booth, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn. The prize will be awarded on-site to a winner who is present and verified as eligible.
8. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://lifestraw.com/policies/privacy-policy. Email addresses collected for entry will be used to administer the Giveaway. Entrants will only receive marketing communications if they separately opt in, and may unsubscribe at any time.
9. General Conditions. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity. These Official Rules will not be changed after the Giveaway begins.
10. Winner List. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above within thirty (30) days after the drawing.
